-> Warranty Clause

We offer one year warranty for the electronic part of the product, two years  for the mechanical part. If the buyer and we have agreed otherwise, the warranty period shall be in accordance with the agreement between the parties.

If the products do not meet quality standards during the warranty period, as long as the original purchasers return the products to our company or authorized dealer, we will be responsible for free repair or replacement of defective products.

The following conditions are not covered under warranty: Due to force majeure, damage due to improper use; damage to the products used in conjunction with the Chendi product.
